I really weak up at 5.00 AM, well actually at 4.58 AM and 4.21 AM and 3 AM and 2.48 AM.
Last night I didn’t set an alarm so I was on my own to weak up at 5.
However, I noticed that my iPhone was showing me an Alarm at 5 (Which was ringing because I set BedTime on it).
Anyhow today I weak up early then I was trying to meditate. I think this is a bad time for me to meditate because I was doing that on my bed (not lying down) without getting up. I may change the meditation time from tomorrow.
Anyhow, I did that for 15-20 minutes then I put on my Hoodie and went out to run for about 15 Minutes.
Now I’m on my MacBook Air writing the dairy.
It was not the best but a good start and I actually did weak up at 5 which is great because really it’s a totally different world at this time, No noise of people or vehicles and more than that early morning have an almost spiritual felling which one can only experice after giving up the warm comfort of bed.
Now I will start working on my projects and One more thing, In the day zero post I said that I will take a cold shower after working out (in this case running), But it’s really cold outside so I will also change that time to 8.30 or 9.00 AM. I will take a cold shower in the morning but it won’t be early morning.
I have a feeling that I will get ill for sure if I take a shower now. So that was for that reason.
One more thing, I didn’t actually read all the posts on glenallsop.com about his challenge Which I thought I will read one post each day but now I’m thinking it may affect my own writing, So I won’t be reading those for now.
